According to a new trend of telerobot control, some key techniues are researched to solve the Internet telerobotics , such as distributed intelligent computation on the Internet, human-computer interface,and Internet-robot interface etc.The current development status of the Internet telerobotics is reviewed. Based on the new directions of the network software development, the authors discuss that the middleware technique CORBA plays an important role in solving the problems of the Internet telerobotics,and it is an effective way to use Java language to control the telerobot and improve its system performance. In the measurement of EEG signals ,the pre - amplification electrical signal of brain is the most importantant and key link. Whether the design is excellent or inferior is related to the electrical signal detection system of brain directly. The design of this circuit has been paid attention to by domestic and international expert all the time. On the basis of existing biological electricity amplifier which is studied, the authors consult the electric amplifier circuit of living beings designed , such as reference , improve and design a new-type and high performance electrical signal characteristic of brain in . The circuit has prevented the traditional design from enlarging the miscellaneous simulation of the circuit and straining the wave link, otherwise, this circuit is of simple structure , low cost, and convenient debugging. The paper has detailed theoritic analysis and experimental results to prove this circuit, which offered a new train of thought for reseach and development of brain electrical amplifier and other faint biological electricity amplifiers . 研究人民公社阶段的农地产权制度变迁与绩效,是为了分析人民公社制度得以长期维持的原因,以期为新时期农村经济体制改革提供启示与借鉴。文章在相关文献资料的基础上,采用实证描述与规范研究分析方法,探讨人民公社阶段的农地产权制度的演进、特征、变迁的原因、内在缺陷以及制度绩效,研究表明,人民公社阶段农地产权严重残缺、缺少激励机制、组织管理费用高昂,这种制度安排实际上一开始就处于非均衡状态,依靠国家主流的意识形态和超经济强制来维持,致使人民公社阶段农地产权制度效率低下。改革开放后,中国社会政治和意识形态方面的约束放松,获取存在于人民公社制度之外的巨大外部利润,推动了农地产权制度创新。 相似文献

At present 18 wastewater treatment plants operateing in the Small towns of Three Gorge Areas of Chongqing Municipality, producing 132.95 tons surplus sludge everyday. As regards to the disposition of such numerous surplus sludge, the major disposition technique in these wastewater water treatment plants, i. e. , thickening and mechanical dewatering technique followed by feeding into the municipal solid waste landfill, seems to have a rather bad effect on the normal operation of the municipal solid waste landfill, due to the unstabilized sludge resulted from this technique of the sludge disposition and high moisture in the sludge, which is higher than 80%. This paper has paid some attention to this phenomenon. With respect to the small towns having the the municipal solid waste landfill, the techniques of mechanical dewatering, calcareousness stabilized etc. before feeding into the municipal solid waste landfill, seem to be feasible, while the composting and comprehensive utilization of sludge is available in the small towns which have no municipal solid waste landfills. 相似文献

The aerodynamic characteristic of wind turbine is calculated by applying the Blade Element Momentum(BEM) theory.Also finite element mode analysis is done for the tower and the rotor.Then the multi-dynamic model of the wind turbine is built in Adams.Also the drive chain is calculated by applying state space method and programmed in Matlab/ Simulink.With that the combined simulation of vibration characteristics is carried out on the base of MATLAB/Simulink and ADAMS,in which the transmission effects and aero-elasticity coupling is fully considered.The results show that the method is able to simulate the vibration characteristic almost the same as software Bladed,which is well-known for analyzing performance and loads for the design and certification of wind turbines. 相似文献

In view of the vehicle cornering or path changing under ultimate handling maneuver, a 3-DOF nonlinear vehicle dynamics model which takes the vehicle lateral velocity, yaw rate and body roll angle as the State variables is presented. Based on the dynamic analysis, the method which using additional yaw moment produced by different longitudinal braking force among each wheels to improving vehicle handling stability in emergency situations is discussed. Considering the sideslip angle as one of the vehicle state variables is difficult to measuring, the sideslip angle estimation based on vehicle dynamic model and kinematics is designed. And then, based on the theory of siding model control, the combining sliding model control system is founded, which taking the vehicle yaw rate and body side-slip angle errors between the estimated and the real as the input variables, and taking the braking torque and the steering angle as control aims.
